All Returns and or Exchanges must be in the original package and packing materials. All exchange/return requests must be received within 14 days from the date your you received your order .

Any item that is not in its original packaging may not be returned or exchanged unless the item has a manufacturers defect.

Returns must have an RMA# issued prior to returning an item. You can email us to request an RMA#, and the RMA# must be posted on the package thats being returned. All returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

Shipping Information

Note for SHIPPING INCLUDED offers: All products listed on The Fitness Supercenter  have shipping included in the prices shown, however, there are three additional terms that apply. This offer does not apply to orders being shipped to Hawaii, or Alaska. Additional rates will apply, and you should contact us prior to placing the order so we can inform you of the additional rates.  We also do not offer international shipping.

Express Shipping: If you would like to have express (2 day, 3day, etc.) shipping, please contact us in advance because we have not configured our shopping cart to do that feature yet. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Most orders are processed within 24 hours of your initial purchase. All products come directly from the manufacturer and may take as long as 7-10 business days before they are shipped. As soon as an order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information included so you can see exactly where your package is and when it will arrive.

If you decide to cancel your order you will be subject to a 10% restocking fee

Methods Of Payment                                          

Our orders will be processed through Paypal merchant services, which you will have the option to pay with most major credit cards, or you can pay through you own personal Paypal account. If you don't have a paypal account and would like to sign up for one, click here.

Please Note: When you go to checkout a product the only payment method that you will be able to select is Paypal, however, this does not mean that you have to pay using a Paypal account. Once you click "checkout" you will enter a Paypal webpage where you can select to pay with your own personal credit or debit card, or you can log in to your Paypal account and pay with your Paypal funds.
