The MX-379 Roman/Hyperextension Bench is light commercial grade, intended for home use. The vinyl used in this bench is anti-microbial treated and is made of 2.75-inch foam for extra comfort. The MX-379 Roman/Hyperextension Bench has adjustable ankle block height and a four-point sturdy base to keep you in position. One-inch plywood is placed behind the padding for extra support and durability.
