It is designed to target muscle groups in the arms, shoulders, back, abdominals and legs. The frame is constructed of 2 x 3 inch 11 gauge steel and the high density contoured bench is premium grade vinyl. The Multisports Multx-500 Home Gym features the following exercises; ab crunch cable, low row, pec dec, high pulley and leg extension/curl. The cables are nylon coated 2200 pounds test aircraft cables and the frame is finished with a spider white wrinkle coat.
