• Station 1 (standard): Fully adjustable functional training cable arms provide over 100 exercises that simulate dumbbell exercises. Simulate sport specific movements like golf, tennis, baseball or rowing. Includes a high pulley for lat pull downs, triceps and high pulls.
• Station 2 (standard): Adjustable Dual Cable Column for functional training at its' finest. Apply resistance to your muscle from any angle and any height. Perform full balance standing exercises, incorporate a stability ball or grab onto the static handles and blast your legs and butt with fluid low cable movements.
• Station 3 (standard): Station 3 is the real work horse of the X4 with 4 ways to use it. The bench press and row arm allows for completely safe and effective exercises for the chest and back including; bench press, incline press, shoulder press and seated rows. The mid pulley is great for ab crunches and tricep extensions and doubles as the seat for the lower portion of station 3 which is the leg extension and leg curl station. Station 3 is rounded out by the low pulley where you can perform low rows with the footplate in the raised position or fold it down for leg and hip exercises, bicep curls, upright rows and more.
• Station 4 (standard): A complete leg press and calf raise station for total leg development. The innovative design of the leg press provides a 1:2 weight ratio for up to 400 pounds of resistance.
• Multipurpose Cable Station: The patent-pending adjustable cable arms are exclusive to the Xpress line of Home Gyms and provides an incredible amount of variety and flexibility in a compact design. Connected to one of the weight stacks, the Cable Station allows for multiple configurations, and can simulate a complete set dumbbell exercises or serve as a sport-specific resistance training station to strengthen muscles used in a particular arm swing motion involved in golf, baseball, tennis or hockey. The Cable Station can also be used for rehabilitation as it allows for an almost limitless range of motion.
