Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours of your initial purchase. Most products ship directly from the manufacturer and may take as long as 5-7 business days before they are shipped. As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can see exactly where your package is and when it will arrive.

We are a family owned & operated business and customer satisfaction is our number one priority! If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly refund or exchange the item. All returns or exchanges must be NEW and in the original package and packing materials. Any item that is not in its original packaging may NOT be returned or exchanged unless the item has a manufacturer defect. All returns / exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product. Once an item(s) packaging is opened, item is used, or 8 days have passed since products was received, the item(s) can no longer be returned. Items in the customer's possession for longer than 30 days will not be accepted for return in any circumstances. If you knowingly receive the incorrect product and open the box, you own it... and we do not have to accept a return.

RMA's
Returns must have an RMA# issued prior to returning an item. You can request an RMA# here.
RMA# must be posted on the package thats being returned.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, you will be responsible for all fees and shipping costs to ship the item back to us and to ship the new item to you.

Returns
Please note for refunds, there will be a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges are not refundable. Customer will be responsible for all fees and shipping costs to ship the item back to us. ALL RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS ARE ENTIRELY AT THE DISCRETION OF THE FITNESS SUPERCENTER.

Order Cancellations
If you decide to cancel your order after it has been processed, you will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

Order Status
If you would like to check the status of your order, you may contact us by phone or email or simply log-in into your account to view order details and tracking information.

Shipping Information
All products (except for Vertimax systems) listed on The Fitness Supercenter.com have Free Shipping in the prices shown, however, there are additional terms that apply. This offer does not apply to orders being shipped to Hawaii, Alaska or Canada. Additional rates will apply, and you should contact us prior to placing the order so we can inform you of the additional rates. 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE READ**
We do NOT offer overseas international shipping at this present time. However, we will ship to Canada (only) ** with additional terms. We recommend contacting us prior to ordering so we can inform you of the additional shipping fees... our  "Free Shipping" offer does NOT apply to orders shipped to Canada; only the lower 48 U.S. states. Otherwise, after the order is placed, we will contact you with the additional shipping freight so we can process the order accordingly.

Express Shipping
If you would like to have express (2 day, 3day, etc.) shipping, please contact us in advance because we have not configured our shopping cart to do that feature. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Shipping Damage / Insurance Claims
In the event of damage or loss of a package you (or us) will be required to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Reimbursement is at the sole discretion of the shipping carrier. THE FITNESS SUPERCENTER will not be held liable for any damaged or lost shipments.

Sales Tax
All Connecticut residents are subject to a 6.35% sales tax.

Warranty
We carry a large selection of fitness equipment manufacturers. The products are warranted by the manufacturers themselves against defects and workmanship. The FITNESS SUPERCENTER doesn't warranty the products. If you have any questions regarding warranty issues, please contact us via email sales@thefitnesssupercenter.com

Privacy Policy
The information submitted with your order request is kept strictly confidential and is intended for use only by The Fitness SuperCenter for customer orders, product support and correspondence. We will never give or sell your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, purchasing history or any other information to any other company without your explicit permission. All account information on Thefitnesssupercenter.com is password protected to assure your privacy and security. In all areas we use 128 bit SSL-encryption to ensure the safety of your data and transmissions. Your personal information is 100% guaranteed safe with us.

Methods Of Payment

Online orders are processed through either Paypal or Google Checkout merchant services. If you select Paypal, you have the option to log-in into your account and pay with "PayPal funds" or pay with any major credit/debit card. When selecting Google Checkout, simply log-in your account and pay with any major credit/debit card.

Phone orders are processed through Intuits secure merchant terminal. Note: We only accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover over the phone.

Credit Card Fraud
Credit card fraud will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. All suspected fraudulent transactions will be reported to the issuing bank and local law enforcement. Any phone numbers, addresses, e-mail, or contact information you provide will be given to banks and law enforcement agencies if we suspect fraud.

Additional Terms
The Fitness Supercenter reserves the right to change product prices and other information listed on our website at any time without notice. *Customers will be notified of any price changes before order processing* Images and pictures are often only an example of the product, and actual product may vary. When you place an order with us it's assumed that you've read and agreed to the terms and conditions listed above.
