Our new Valeo Yoga Kit includes the basic equipment you'll need for yoga workouts. The kit includes the following:

    * 24" wide by 68" long yoga sticky mat
    * 72" woven cotton strap with buckle
    * 2 foam blocks measuring 3" x 6" x 9"
    * nylon tote bag with carrying strap
    * yoga instruction wall chart

The yoga mat is a sticky mat type meaning the mat material "sticks" to the floor and offers excellent traction while performing poses. The wall chart demonstrates 12 basic yoga poses with instructions.
